We usually process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details.
At the moment, Rosense UK only ships within the United Kingdom. If international delivery becomes available in the future, we will update our shipping information.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at sales@rosense.co.uk as soon as possible. For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products must usually be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging unless they are faulty or damaged.
