Return and Refund Policy
At Rosense UK, we want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
After you notify us that you would like to cancel or return your order, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
To request a return, please contact us at sales@rosense.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- unopened
- in their original packaging
- in a resellable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetic or skincare products that have been opened, used, damaged, or had their seal removed, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@rosense.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with your legal rights.
Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage or provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
We will refund eligible returns within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@rosense.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
