Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays, or busy periods may take slightly longer to process.

UK Delivery

We currently offer UK delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier, delivery location, and circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £30.

If your order does not qualify for free delivery, the delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Rosense UK is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

International Delivery

At the moment, our website is mainly set up for UK delivery. If international delivery becomes available, shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
